Offer Received!

After listing my Ventura condo near the beginning of June, we have finally received an offer from someone interested in buying the house. Today I countered and if all goes well we will soon enter escrow! I am very excited about this and happy that we will soon no longer have to pay mortgages on two properties. Last weekend I decided to create a web site for my condo to help with the advertising and promoting, although now it appears it was no longer needed. We will keep you posted on the progress.
