Oops... buyers backed out

We just heard today from our realtor Chad, that the buyers reconsidered and decided that the payments were going to be a little too much for them. They were doing 100% financing. Oh well, the house is still on the market. Chad is planning on doing another open house this weekend. Hopefully we will get another interested buyer soon...
